It ONLY happens with the recent exports since yesterday WITH NO OTHER FILES. I am positive it is a premier issue with the exports. The same I have been using frequently almost everyday with no issue: It'll make you have full-size screen videos on Instagram. You can change the 'Frame Size' to 1080 and 'Horizontal' to 1350.
