Integration with google apps makes it very easy to start tracking. The invoice lay-out cannot be changed (although you can change the labels and texts) but hopefully this will be a future change. Invoicing is very flexible and easy and all the customers pay immedately :-) when they see the nice lay-out and the clear details.
